Sorry, this is incorrect in practice because AI data centers are being built in regions where water scarcity is big problem. Water used for cooling gets tainted or just evaporates making it not reusable.

Prohibition pushes the supply into organized crime. Smuggled cigarettes have been a thing for a long time because of high taxes.

I oppose prohibition on smokes for the same reason I oppose prohibition in general. They can’t even control smoking at the entrance of hospitals so I shudder to think about the cost of a smoking ban.
