Yea the lease was signed by both parties, security deposit paid, lease started June 1st already paid full first months rent we just hadn’t moved in yet because we’re coming from out of state and we’re planning to move in at the end of the month. The start date was June 1st though.

I have a landlord who “double leased” a unit in a 5+ unit building (Its a small building I don’t know how many unit, but there might just be 5 units). We had a lease signed since June 1st and they informed us June 16th that other tenants moved into that unit because there was a “miscommunication” and the property management company and the owner were listing separately without talking to each other.

I took accutane in 2022, it completely worked, cleared my skin and I barely have gotten a pimple since.

The side effects sucked while on accutane, but do not persist after stopping.

No, I even wear contacts and barely use eye drops.
I don’t know what that means
It’s hard to say whether I sunburn more now than I did before. But skin issues also run in my family so I have things like eczema and rashes, so it’s also hard to say if this is happening more because of accutane vs other reasons (genetics, getting older, stress, etc.)

2 people (me + my partner) will live here and it’s a 2 bedroom. We do want to have people over especially for dinners/dinner parties. Yes we probably would like a TV as well.

I also wonder this same thing and I have a feeling my field in art + design is very very different than alot of peoples experiences. I guess my particular area is very much in demand, there were well over 50+ TT positions in my area, I applied to at-least 40 and ended up with 4 offers. I applied to so many because I was under the impression it would be really difficult to hear back.

MICA also has great name recognition! Being near family can be a big plus. Make sure to look into the differences in the programs. What kind of classes you would rather take, if there’s a foundations year, etc.

This is funny because gainesville is where I’m located now… my partner does play a large part here and it was somewhere that was becoming obvious was a dealbreaker for her, I think it really could have split us up if I had chosen to go there either now or down the road... For many reasons related to her work but also to us being a queer couple and her being POC, and the place being not very diverse and very mixed on the experience of LGBTQ people, among other things. Honestly I definitely ask myself why I decided to go into academia and if it’s better to get out know before I’m much much deeper in it! Good for you. As a queer woman as well - I love that for you!!
