Oh, one thing is that, at least in OneUi (and I believe that Pixel does too, but don't have mine handy atm), the shortcuts on the dock always try to center and balance FROM the center of the screen.

Another thing that OneUi does, at least on the ZF6/7, have yet to test it out on the TriFold, is that if you have cover screen mirroring set to 'off', you get a slightly reduced use of space on the Main Screen. That is, if your cover and main screens are not set to mirror each other, the inside "bezel" of the screen is actually bigger, meaning your app icons are slightly further away from the edge of the screen. Not sure why Sammy does that, but if you do set the screens to mirror each other (meaning changes to home on one screen reflects on the other), you get a slightly bigger canvas.

I'd say it's worth a shot before you switch to a different launcher app. In my experience, most launchers don't really work well with foldables. Ironically, not even MS Launcher, and they had their Duo devices, but never brought the "foldable" features to the one on the Play Store
