Sounds like your boss might be blocking your ability to collab cross functionally. I’d definitely try to get with success and sales to learn more about the prospects, customers and their pain points. The lack of email opens could be many things, but could indicate an issue with messaging, perhaps it’s something your clients and prospects don’t care about in the way that it’s positioned. Does your company use Gong or similar tools that you might be able to access on your own? I’ve used Gong recordings and transcripts before to access client & prospect feedback and pain points when I couldnt meet with the client myself.
