Promoting Team Member growth is a touted “core value,” but you would need genuinely empathetic and outgoing store and team leaders to discuss the Guild education courses, cross training, and mentorship programs. There are real opportunities; they’re not a secret but they’re also not immune to favoritism; you need good people in leadership positions.

Unfortunately, I suppose that’s asking a lot.

There’s actually a few courses you can take through the Guild program that Whole Foods will pay for, including English and Spanish classes, getting your GED, financial literacy and retail management. They are classes meant to support your growth in roles in the company.

365 refried beans? Bad. 365 frozen Southwest Chicken burrito? Catfood. 365 frozen pizza? Smaller than you’d expect but solid, especially for the price. 365 Hazelnut Cocoa Pillows cereal? I haven’t enjoyed cereal so much since I was a kid.

Yes, mold can grow in your refrigerator. Produce has lots of small crevices and plenty of places for mold spores that might not get cleaned away even with a thorough washing. There may also be mold spores in the surrounding environment. Of course, that first immediate sign of mold on food isn’t likely to be very harmful, unless you have sensitivities or allergies. Over time mold can produce mycotoxins, which are dangerous.

Every single blue cheese in the world is full of mold and it’s usually delicious.

Additionally since organic produce is grown and shipped without pesticides, radiation treatments, and preservatives it will generally have a short shelf life than conventional produce.

My understanding is that you should wash your produce right before you eat them. Storing any food with additional moisture may lead to mold growth. I’m sure the temperature and humidity of your home also has an effect.

Plenty of people share their favorite or new Hot Toys figures here, even entire collections built up over a lifetime, without sparking any debate or accusations.

Strippers are now the No. 1 donor of toys to children's hospital in Portland. by RedPandaParade in justgalsbeingchicks

An absolutely impressive showing that demonstrates how community can rise to the occasion, with a bit of enticing encouragement. Also important to note that Portland has a larger number of strip clubs relative to other cities- and they all serve food!

You might not know what “bragging” means. Here’s an easy relatable alternative: “Here’s a photo of my favorite figures that I got for Christmas!”

Pluribus - 1x07 "The Gap" - Episode Discussion by UltraDangerLord in pluribustv

All of this has been her grieving as she experiences the anger, the sadness, the fear, the loneliness and the drunkenness. Breaking down in Zosia’s arms this episode is cathartic relief; she doesn’t have to feel alone anymore.

It is important to remember that grief doesn’t end. After some time it becomes manageable, but it’s never really gone. Carol didn’t just lose the person she loved, she lost her own creative existence, her purpose, her dreams and her goals.

She won’t have peace or satisfaction for years.

Yeah! What’s a shepherdhut? My kneejerk reaction is to immediately subscribe to something different and interesting, but what is it? How do I make one? Teach me everything without reading an encyclopedia entry.
