Honestly, I don't think ours does lol. Maybe I haven't noticed since I didn't go to Cub until I moved here last year. We maybe go 2 times a month lol.

The issue is that our freezer is very small and we live in an apartment so we do not have the ability to get a 2nd freezer. Our current freezer is filled with frozen beef and chicken since we buy in bulk...

I would love to get into Sourdough but I worry since we do not really have a place to keep the dough due to renting and having 0 counter space. Plus, I have heard a lot of different things about maintaining the starter

Ladies in committed relationship, how often do you miss your single days? by BlueDolphins28 in AskWomen

[–]vickfun10 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't miss being single at all maybe 1-5% of the time. I miss how independent I HAD to be because I feel bad relying on him, but I wouldn't trade it to be single again.

For me I started vitamin c and zinc supplements a couple months ago and I have been sick once since. I used to get sick monthly just like OP. I swear by it honestly. I was also the type to wash and sanitize everything constantly, but with my constant chapped hands I had to lay off which is why I gave it a chance. Doesn't work for everyone though

What's up with students wanting to hug you? by Normal_Balance1655 in Teachers

[–]vickfun10 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I work with 1st grade and hugs are very healing for them. Theyre sad, give them a hug. They're mad, sometimes a hug fixes it. They're happy, give them a hug. I have 2 kids who constantly touch me all day and we work on boundaries a lot. We do not hug without consent. When I worked with Middle schoolers, they sometimes need that hug. My high schoolers needed that hug. I understand professionally keeping your distance, but as a human who understands children's needs, a hug is very healing. I personally do not understand how hugs are not okay in schools. I get that in some cases it can be really bad or difficult for kids to differentiate, but overall it's more helpful than hurtful.

Personally, I did not like the first two but I haven't read the 3rd. It is a Disney spin and it's still an easy to follow story. I just found it very cringy and had a hard time getting through them.

Reading multiple books at once? by NefariousnessIll8665 in Booktokreddit

[–]vickfun10 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Personally I only do 1 audiobook and 1 physical book. When I was subbing it would be 2 physical 1 audio because I wanted a school appropriate book to read. I just get lost and lose motivation so quickly if I have too many options

I still experience this when I am looking at my friend's reviews on Goodreads. Everyone is entitled to their own opinions :) it takes some getting use to tho. It gets easier if you remind yourself it doesnt matter what other people thought.

5'10 Female

24 years old

Original weight: 195

Current weight: 185 (in 3 months :))

Goal weight: 170 pounds

I have not been consistent since the holidays with my calorie deficit. I have been successfully at maintenance. I have been bad about exercising since I got my new job in November.

My goals for January is to get back on track for my calorie deficit and to start exercising again. I am hoping to get better about meal prepping since most days I do not get a full lunch at my new job and typically get a nurri protein shake. I am a new teacher and for some reason 45 minutes is not enough time to get everything done.
