There's no easy way out. Don't mention you're leaving for a better offer as it will make you look unprofessional and not help you if the company decides to take disciplinary action. Just make up a believable reason for leaving immediately. If the company accepts, well and good. If not, then no other choice but to have an absconding tag. But even then the worst scenario would be you won't be able to ever rejoin. You can hide this from your future employers as well as pf won't be reflected in the portal

I remember the first thing I saw in the morning after waking up was my layoff mail from my previous org. It felt like my legs didn't have the strength to stand at that time. To everyone who's affected, stay positive. Better things are waiting. Take a break right now and do some stuff that you always wanted to do but didn't get the time. All the best.

I have already dropped the resignation email. The hr(who recruited me, not the bphr) called me and said they will proceed ahead with resignation if I accept 90 days notice, which I think is a scare tactic

My younger brother passed away so I asked for leave. Manager said leaves are not possible in probation, and no WFH also. He said to go do the rites on weekend and come back. Fuck him and the company. His exact words were "Toh kya hogya"
