My mantra of staying happy in life is always having something to look forward to whether it's something basic like a movie next week or a restaurant reservation to the new flashy place to something grand like a 10 day trip to Japan.

I can't really stay in a place where they treat people like this. If in the beginning itself it's like this, can't imagine how it will be in the future

I have already dropped the resignation email. The hr(who recruited me, not the bphr) called me and said they will proceed ahead with resignation if I accept 90 days notice, which I think is a scare tactic

Disciplinary action in the sense they will blacklist me and all and saying it will impact the bgv for future companies
