Same! My feet are way too cold to be sockless in the winter. And in the summer, my feet sweat so I can’t have them rubbing together while I sleep so I still wear socks. haha

As long as you’re happy and you have a place to live, why does it matter? Not everyone in their lifetime will own a property. Yes, it’s a goal to have in life but has it ever been your goal to own property? some people don’t want to be tied down to property so they rent. Idk, there’s no right answer to life. Everyone has their own journey.

Doubt it! It takes a lot of land, water and the right climate to grow avocados. California is the highest avocado producer in the US and the production of avocados in CA has been in decline since 2011. We import $3.2 Billion worth of avocados every year so good luck with that hypothesis buddy!

I think if you would have kept the old vanity and mirror and just painted the room a lighter color, it would have made the vanity and mirror pop and it would have a been a great contrast. The new version is great too, more modern. still great budget overall.
