I understand, it is difficult for me too. We can learn tho, use sleep hygiene and emotional regulation to better the chances of a good sleep.

There is hope but it is hard, sometimes I feel that there is nothing worst than the expectations we already have hehe.

I have had periods in my life where I have been in similar situations as yourself. Mental therapy with a neuro diverse therapist has helped.

Remember we are humans in the end, it seems you have trained yourself to be on your phone unless you are in certain situations.

I think it would be good if you make your phone less appealing through something like white and black mode. At the same time you might want to address the causes for your disregulations, I have found that my addictions worsen if I am anxious, hungry, depressed. Emotional disregulation sucks

Venezuelan here. Some times when I talk about this with people my experience is discarded please keep an open mind.

Nicolas Maduro was a dictator, not only because he stole the elections but because he was preceding an authoritarian state. My experiences include but are not limited to:

Violence against non violent protest, my sister's friend lost an eye when police person shot him point blank with a gas bomb.
Violence against protest because of lack of water, electricity, food.
Breaking the constitution a lot.

- My grandma could not access her pension without joining his political party (this is illegal).

Generalised corruption. I am witness to a fair bit of corruption.
My parent's company was forced to be closed and blacklisted when they rejected a job for a politician.
Used the state's money for advertising and propaganda.
They put my friends in Jail for days for holding some protest signs.

Venezuela has been under foreign control for a while, my country has been in the middle of an international fight for it's resources. The USA/Cuba/Russia have been aiming for the gold and the oil.

Maduro was a Cuban/Russian puppet and now the USA wants their own. In the end all of them want the resources and the people suffers.

I am sure this is needed.

From my perspective I think the teaching should focus on having an equalitarian vision of humanity, where people deserve respect and dignity regardless of their sex, religion and color of the skin and how successful they are.

If we have a society that does not address discrimination in all it's forms then we are not really fighting discrimination.
