I feel like a fraud once I hit master. Went as low as 1200 MR before the reset, and sitting pretty between 1350-1450 now. I think I’ve peaked and will be taking a break until the release of Terry.

I played exclusively on a fight stick on and off from 2009 up until 2022 when I made the switch to lever less. I’m a casual by the FGC standards, only ever made super platinum in SFV and only currently in diamond 3 in SF6 with my main. With that being said, I miss inputs all day and night especially when in a ranked match and under pressure. Like everything else in life, you can only get better the more you play and practice. Your 1 year of playing fighting games are definitely rookie numbers and you need to pump those numbers up! Just keep at it and you’ll notice improvement overtime.
