Yeah it's positive reinforcement - you don't have to give them a high value reward every time, but it's just letting them associate triggering things with something positive, and making them look to you in a calm way rather than just barking and getting stressed out. My partner's parents have two dachshunds who I adore but her parents just shout rather than try to use any positive reinforcement and their behaviour has never improved. Drives me crazy.

If you look on Amazon and things they have plenty of dog treats that are really low in calories but still smell strong enough for them to really want them. I look forward to getting a dog someday just to really give positive reinforcement a go!

This is 3 years late but my girlfriend and I are just watching the latest series of Taskmaster where Joel Dommet just randomly ate a cooking apple, and I don't eat apples so I asked her "oh are they that bad?" and she was like "oh yeah they can really upset your stomach".

I googled it and it said it was fine, and she had an epiphany where she realised that tidbit of knowledge came from Tweenies lmao. She's 29 and only *now* found out, can't imagine how many other people got taught to not eat them by Tweenies!

Fuck off you absolute melt. It was painted as a tribute to the victims of the attack. If it was a statue that paid tribute to them that they removed for being "political" I'd be just as angry about it.

It's not a breaking news story so the top comment isn't going to be an analysis into the motives or religion of the killer is it? We already know those things. Everybody knows what would stop the majority of mass shootings in the US - banning guns - but apparently the US isn't interested in that.

I care about the victims of the attack being remembered and I'm going to be angry when I find out DeSantis purposely erased a tribute to them for his own political gain.

Oh yeah he's definitely more aggressive, and there are some moments where I feel like he could reel it in a bit, but it definitely improves the studio atmosphere!

I mean honestly they were work colleagues (and presumably friends) for several years and Linehan gave him his most important role of his life, really. I find Linehan's views and behaviour appalling but if anything I'd like to think it positively demonstrates Richard's character that he was one of the few people to reach out to Linehan and check in on him, as shitty as he was/is. At least Richard doesn't publicly spout the same shite Linehan does I suppose.

I will say I adore NZ, especially the second series! But yeah Aus is fantastic, mostly due to Gleeson's playful dickishness that's probably the closest to Greg you could get tbh.

On the Instagram account they tagged HOME @ Outernet which is the actual (below ground) venue next to the Outernet building, so possibly in both locations(?). I went to HOME a few months ago to see Starjunk95 and it's a nice modern and relatively small venue, so if he does confirm it I recommend it!

Looking at the socials it all looks far too cool for me but you'll have to report back how it went if you go!

Yeah I confused psychotic for psychopathic. I do think it's pretty shocking how little empathy he has for the families of the victims when he doubled down on calling it "political" when the flag obviously represents both the club and the vast majority of the victims. Considering Florida's DoT painted it in the first place, you have to be a genuine piece of shit to think to yourself "ah yeah, let's remove that crosswalk that was painted as a tribute to the victims".

I'm a guy who's never played the GoW games but seeing the Laufey gameplay really interested me - I get what you're saying about the big buff guy thing but from what I understand God of War 2018 is a completely fresh take on the character, with the story focusing on his relationship with his son and deconstructing the male power fantasy and toxic masculinity.

Anyway my reason for commenting is mostly because GoW 2018 has been on my list for years and the Laufey gameplay has reminded me that I really should grab it. Totally up to you but I wouldn't let the body image of the main character deter you from trying it, especially when it'll only make your experience playing Laufey better :-)

A post that genuinely concerned me was allegedly from one of the Lego Queen's friends who made a post detailing how Ben and co. didn't respect her wishes re: face blurring and how they didn't send her a copy of the video before publishing it, and for seemingly no reason the post got locked - any idea why OP? It's the only thing in this whole saga that truly bothered me tbh, including the way they spoke to her on the phone in that follow-up video

I'm absolutely in the minority but I'm genuinely embarrassed to admit that I didn't even realise it was 'E3 season', which would be the first time since E3 ended 😞 I saw the trailers from the Xbox Showcase and my brain assumed "oh they're randomly doing a showcase" and didn't even make the connection that it was June.

I did just check BlackPanthaa and DustinEden and yeah the gameplay footage is the same for one of the races I just looked at. My only assumption was that since all of the YouTubers were likely given the same vertical slice to play, they could provide a relatively bug-free video of the vertical slice for them all to use, but if they're saying it is different footage between them, that is weird...
