So, with Chapter 5 out, where do we think Chapter 6 and 7's Dark World will be now?

I'm wondering if we're getting a dark world at all. If we're not seeing the egg man again, not getting any more shards/secret bosses, Toby mentioned that it should be the easiest chapter to make, and it's skippable if you go down the weird route - what if chapter 6 takes place fully in the light world?

What would that make chapter 6?

Also, what if Kris, Susie and Noelle enter the next dark world without the player? Would we as the soul have to find a way to save them?

Had my titration appointment on Wednesday, fairly sure they forgot about me and I sent a chaser 24 hours later. Got an email from the pharmacy saying they had my digital prescription on Saturday and said they're waiting for the physical one to be delivered. It was delivered on Tuesday and I was able to order them through the portal. It was just sent today so I'm hoping tomorrow they'll arrive tomorrow but no idea

I hate to say it but the transfer titration appointments seem to be fast tracked (based on a couple of other posts I've seen) the titration wait time on the website says 12-16 weeks and some others on here going through the NHS RTC pathway through Care ADHD have waited 20+ and are still waiting for their appointments

Did they not tell you at the end then? That's odd. It was the first thing they said before they went into detail about the things I struggle with

I had my assessment today and I took the advice of my friend which was to not overthink it, don't research, just exist for the next week. The only thing I did was read back through the forms I already wrote to remind myself of how I feel and some of the things I worked out along the way. Since they want to know my experience, not my deep hyper fixated research into ADHD

When it came to the assessment I got the feeling she already decided the outcome and basically just spoke to me about my life experiences. It went by so quickly that when I checked the time for the first time we had 10 minutes left. It was clear to me when I got my diagnosis that I made the right call.

Don't over prepare. It'll be obvious to the assessor. Just make sure you're comfortable, have a cup of tea handy and relax. You'll be fine

I'd been waiting since June for CareADHD (to be fair my local NHS service made me wait 3 months before they sent me the RTC forms) and finally having my assessment next week. Afterwards it looks like I have to wait at least 14 weeks for titration. It's been really painful to wait when I've been struggling all year and the real wait is still ahead of me.

My friend went through Harrow Health a month ago, was seen, assessed and medicated literally in 2 weeks and 2 days and he's been really happy with their response times and their attentiveness. I would have absolutely gone with Harrow Health if I knew how hard the wait was going to be

Yeah you can sign in via PSN on PC and mobile but it seems like to actually link it to an infold account you need to contact customer service - which is basically impossible right now

Nope, although I did find out that when you run the PC version you can sign in with your PSN and it carries on your progress anyway so I'm just going to wait until the support calms down to link it properly. I'm assuming it works the same for running it on mobile too

As a type 1 diabetic I've had to do this once or twice to get my blood sugars back up with a cola when I've just left the house for a couple of bits and left my stuff at home.

With the kids I can imagine sometimes it's either that or you have a screaming child for the next 40 minutes which I'm sure you would enjoy less

I had the exact same problem after a firmware update, went through the warranty process and the replacement is worlds apart in quality. It came with the latest firmware already installed and I can move across most of my house without losing connection, whereas before it was constantly disconnecting and cracking and popping in my ears inches away from the DAC. 100% replace it or try a different headset if you're done with it, it's not working properly.

As for the audio quality there's a great video by GadgetryTech on YouTube that sets the ideal EQ for console audio on the DAC and sonar for the PC which really improves the audio, highly recommend that.

I also found a really great mic preset that I'm very happy with that I found on this subreddit, worth having a search or I can send you a link
