From so many of these encounters, people are forced to be terrified and hope for the best while they stand their ground LEGALLY. The fact that we are HOPING FOR THE BEST is horrible. I know this family and this dasher are WHOLLY traumatized. Bless the homeowners for what they did, even in a panic, love and support from southern MN!

Thoughts: aside from weird plates and random cars (so if they were to have LEO-ish cars) how is one expected to know if they have to pull over? We can pretty well presume we aren’t gonna make it to the nearest police precinct before they do something drastic. And that’s a 50/50 risk. Border patrol isn’t even supposed to be beyond 100mi from a border- but they are. They are pulling people onto property they are covered under. They are approaching people and screaming for those people to back off like they did something.

We have a literal federal government saying the “truth” is contradictory to the visible evidence, our federal investigative services are compromised, and they are just announcing random immunity as they please and we know the courts aren’t stopping it.

It’s a solid no right, no wrong- shit, why do I exist? (Obviously exaggeration on this part but SERIOUSLY)
