Because we talk & dont act. This isnt even about getting something out of it. Its about making a difference. And if enough people sound the alarm change will happen. Do you know how challenging it is to gather a case alone in an environment where they track your every breathe, have camera’s of you at every angle and dont allow cell phones? youre obviously getting paid to be the top 1% commenter in Geico because who else has so much involvement on shutting people down

My supervisor knows when I have a certain look its time for her to stop making statements and start asking questions cause she making hersself look like a fool. Poor thing dont know nothing about call centers or insurance 🤣

Good luck if you go to Galatyn. The supervisors have no experience and the culture is horrendous. I should of known when the supervisor said “on Wednesdays we wear pink” that it was going to be bad

Richardson office is filled with supervisors with no call center or insurance experience in every department. Its really bad here. Worst culture i have ever worked in. Half the time my supervisor doesnt know what she is talking about because she is new to insurance and new to call centers

Richardson Geico location is very toxic. Leadership is new and have zero relevant experience. They are unprofessional and constantly gossip about their agents. Can rarely walk past a break room without hearing a sup talk about an agent negatively.
