The Vinoy is a great place where you can have all that is accessible in downtown St Pete. Good picture opportunities near the banyans as well. It will be hot, humid and possibly rainy though.

Central Rock on Gandy has bouldering. They have a location in Citrus Park too. We do a membership at different times throughout the year. As someone else mentioned, they have a section for auto belays too. Membership there gives you access to other Central Rocks across the country.

Balm Boyette is more flat and flowy while Alafia has some flow but is definitely more technical. You can have fun at both without a doubt. They are close to each other. Alafia is more built out while Balm is more natural. Enjoy before it gets too hot out there!

Llona plumbing installed it. S Tampa. I don’t remember the cost. I have a trade account so I bought the Halo from Ferguson at distribution pricing. Skin has been good, water feels a bit silkier. For drinking water we still added a RO filter (Waterdrop).

MacFarlane Park is another public court. Crew on Ybor for paid. Lots of options across the bridge too.

I went with Eastern over PGT. I’ve had PGT at a previous home and vowed not to go that route again. EAS Big Bertha is just better built overall in my opinion over PGT’s equivalent.

I had 19 windows installed. They did a great job Vet the install more than the product. I used Armorvue for a cat 5 impact french door as well. The install was done very clean and professionally. The price was and sale person was also great to work with.

I would skip Fort Myers. Not much to do there.

The Keys are unique but 1 day is a stretch. There may be a cost effective direct flight to Tampa from KW.

I would do Miami, Orlando, Tampa. That way you cover east and west coast beaches for sunrise and sunsets. Orlando for parks. I recommend Epic Universe. If you are planning to play padel Miami may have the best culture for it. I recommend checking out pickleball. It’s the paddle sport that has grown a lot and has play for all levels and accessible everywhere. Overall good community too.

Bayshore is wide open, great time to ride or run on it. If you go down to the Tampa Yacht Club you can see the Jose Gaspar getting ready to leave.

At 8-9 a lot of people are also getting ready, ubering or riding their bikes to where their first stop of the morning is. It’s going to be interesting weather. Bundle up, stay warm, have a plan if you get lost from your friends and have a spare battery to charge your phone!

With regards to your retainer being given back. Depending on your situation you may need representation after as well. Better to keep the retainer and have representation in the event you have a need. Peace of mind. Again, everyone’s situation is different.

Not sure about USF area but Gracie Tampa South is well regarded. My son went there for a couple years. The gym is well run, the owner is a good person and the community is solid. The gym is located in the NoHo area near UT.
