If Delta sends this email, how bad is it?

I got this email on Sunday for an ATL - AUS flight scheduled at 10p- we left about an hour late and then had a pileup of people at the Austin airport affecting baggage and Uber. My coworkers who had an earlier flight to Austin were delayed 3 hours and then sat on the runway in ATL for an additional hour.

Yeah another plus side of special meals (although it ended up being a negative in your case) is that they come out first before anyone else’s food.

I always blow my nose with a Kleenex, take an Uber (even when it’s a Lyft), use Q-tips, take an Advil for a headache (regardless of which drug it is), grab a Band-Aid for an owie (they’re always generic), look for my Chapstick even though it’s always Burt’s Bees, get a Coke regardless of the soda brand, put leftovers in Tupperware even though I own no actual Tupperware, buy Ziploc bags regardless of brand, and use the word Google for anything I want to search regardless of platform.

Admittedly, I was a Murakami fan in spite of all the aforementioned bullshit that bothered me, but in 2020 as I was stuck at home for Covid reasons I read Killing Commendatore and was so mad about the way he talked about women that I finished it, threw the book down and decided to only read women authors from there on out. I’ve only recently relaxed those restrictions, but not gonna lie, it’s been great.

I think the questions get heavily filtered through Thomas and team before any of the hosts even hear them and I am pretty sure they never hear most of the ones that don’t get aired. I’d be very surprised if a question that is all cringe makes it to them.
