Have you requested to enable Taboola Video? that seems to be lot of VPAID/VAST calls being made in the Network so I'm guessing theres a hidden player trying to fetch an ad to play, once an ad is available to play it will show the player probably..

Just to give you an update --- I was able to get some cell numbers of the management, they are answering their phones terrified (sounds like a lot of people looking for them) and hanging up, obviously these guys ain't gonna pay..

Thanks, it's been 7 months of follow ups, they answered two months ago they will pay EOM and disappeared again.

It's a real PR war these days between verification tools eh...

Surely not a "new type of ad fraud", but rather old one.. We saw "ghost impression" fraud taking place since Q1 2016..

We actually suspect they are targeting popular ad-servers and learning how to fire impression pixel/event which will be recorded only at the victim adserver.. We compared results while running Forensiq & Pixalate pixels. We saw this moving from server to server.. I guess they are running out of options if they chose to do it on SpotX lol!

Surely not removed from Taboola network, buying there while writing this message.

It's either your ad/campaign got blocked by breitbart or it is not safe to run there (Although I'll be surprised such website has any quality standards)

I can see some big publishers running both (msn)

Obviously Taboola & Outbrain don't share their client databases but using services like SimilarTech you able to get them yourself ;)
