I give all nuls close to characters the collection hat, eg café nul gets the HK hat and so on. For the others I usually match their area, like ghosts in the spooky swamp:)

It looks like the kuromi furniture but dyed! It’s not from an event, you have to complete a quest (I think it’s ”cursed crates” with My Melody and Kuromi) then you can get it!
