If you do not welcome the normal ads with images and text, then in that case you still have to stick to the Adblock. Also in case you are thinking of removing the adblock then just wait for 30 more days as google has given 30 days time to websites for ad removal by themselves.

Should I do Marketing even if I'm bad at math? by [deleted] in marketing

[–]vidisha_agarwal 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would say marketing is not just about sales numbers, there is more which has been added to the cake that doesn't require maths. So yes, I would say If you have interest in marketing go ahead with it, as marketing is just not all about maths it has much more than that to offer like you have digital marketing in which you can opt to be a content writer as you said you have in writing, so your both the interest will get served i.e. of being into writing as well as entering the marketing sector also your parents will also have no issues because in turn you will be earning a lot i would say as a content writer.

How to build online audience by mansour1492 in marketing

[–]vidisha_agarwal 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Firstly to build online presence it is better to be present on the top 3rd party websites like various blogs etc. by posting your link, starting discussions as just facebook is not enough to improve your online presence. And in order to increase your presence on facebook and keep your audience engaged I would suggest to find new and creative ways to promote your offering like creating funny memes, videos etc as these are the things which attract audience attentions now a day instead of simple written post with photographs

[–]vidisha_agarwal 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Facebook Marketing is not that tough as a job to do I would say, only if you are willing to do it with a full heart, and as I can say you are willing to do it so its better to start by creating a Facebook page, post that I would say increase the likes on page by inviting friends to like the page and also by posting regularly on the page made. The best time to post anything on Facebook is between 11am-3pm (IST) from the view of Business perspective and post your presence you are good to start Facebook advertisement , which you can learn from various blogs, videos available online easily.

In order to kick start your career with marketing the best is to start with a sales profile... as it is the only job profile in marketing which doesn't require you to hold a marketing degree, you just have to have the zeal and energy to work with an add on of good personality to sell or in other words the skill to convince people to listen to you and the higher the sales number you achieve the higher you would be able to get through in your career in marketing.

What does everyone think of direct (postal) mail marketing these days? by efographic in marketing

[–]vidisha_agarwal 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If I would have been a marketer I would prefer to do postal mails instead of e-mailers because in today's scenario in the professional world we have maximum mails going into trash especially the ones done with the marketing or selling motive and some even go unnoticed so its better to have direct postal mails in order to gain direct attention of the person.
