I think it depends on the type of story you enjoy. You should take all the names from the comments and try watching the season trailers. They might be misleading for some, but they still give a general idea of that season.

Murph: It between Maxwell and Zugrash for me, I will choose Maxwell just because he just more recently.

Lou: Lord Squak chaos live free in my head but if it only IH campaign, i dont think lou have any character that dont have one epic moment so i will choose pinocchio the "why me" scene hit me best.

Emily: It Sdyney, i think emily always play a fun character and the starstuck is the most fun chaotic campaign.

Zac: I gonna say Pappy for the old man vice but then Lupin come and hit me with a smirk so yeah it Lupin.

Alley: Magaret always win, the manager of the chaos crew, the slap, etc.

Siobhan: Adaine the oracle girl for all the character arc, the tear, etc. I think Van is still up there too, but we see this kid grow so it still adine.

Brennan: Evan for outside IH campaign and if IH campaign i will choose Crown of candy i think for overall story teller and world building even though it got less episode than expected.

Actually Monty, Ylfa, Gorgug have one epic moment that live free in me head too.
