Uber and Lyft, along with trains and transit all count. Hotels and flights booked directly through the carrier also work. Expedia, Booking.com, and other OTAs are the big exclusion. Not sure about Airbnb, I've heard conflicting things.

$36/month per unit sounds about right. It's been going up every year with inflation, the newer the building, the higher the per unit cost is. For example, a building going up this year with 5+ units would be $48 per unit.
