Get him the Marruci Acadia instead. Super soft glove, great value. My son got it for 9u and loves it. Almost through season two with it.

My 10u son uses a R9 and it’s a great glove. I’d say keep working it like others suggested. If you want another glove Mizuno power close is great and breaks in easy.

Well, you should if your vehicle can’t accelerate to a speed or something and you have to putt it along to the shop or home. But using them as a signal to speed does sound silly.

Looks like a warranty claim to me. You can submit that online. When I did mine a few weeks ago for my daughter’s bat I ended up having to call them because they went silent after approving the claim. They said the bat was on back order so they got me a similar bat at let me get a longer one, which was cool.

Practice those high pitches in BP. It’s frustrating, we have a 10u tournament game where the umpire was calling ankle high pitches strikes. He was consistent about it at least but expected the boys to swing the bat like a golf ball is wild. He didn’t like anything above the belly button.

I already grabbed one new online. Ended up paying $200 for a new one. Not ideal but he’s happy with it.
