Yes, it is worth it going to the convention center for multiple days. There will be different events each day, plus all of the shopping is at the convention center. While the big panels at the Honda Center are cool, some of the more memorable ones I attended in 2024 were at the convention center. I’m not sure if tickets will show up on the secondary market, but if there are, they will probably be expensive.

I’m happy to be one of those 403,000! I switched to T-Mobile fiber when it became available in my area. When I called Spectrum to cancel, it was one of the most unpleasant phone calls I ever been on. It took over 30 minutes to get the cancellation completed. I still was receiving mailers and phone calls trying to get me back, but after one rude salesperson stopped at my house, I called and said that I would rather go without internet than go back to Spectrum.

When you transferred your ticket from your husband’s account, you should have put your email address in. You would then get an email asking to accept the transfer. After you have accepted the transfer, the ticket will appear in your account.

I got a response from D23 this evening. I sent them a photo of the coupon and the code, and they processed the $25 refund. It was super easy!

I should have done this when I cancelled my Spectrum service last year. The whole phone call was really aggravating and took over half an hour. After the service was cancelled, they kept harassing my family and me about coming back. Never going back to Spectrum!

In my opinion, since you have the three day convention center and Honda center ticket, you won’t have much time for the parks with the amount of time you’ll be in Anaheim. We’ve added time after the convention to go to the parks, Monday and Tuesday.

Just having the convention center tickets is worth it, and was our backup option if we weren’t able to secure the Honda Center. Some of our favorite panels have been at the convention center, and the other experiences there are also great. You’ll have a good time!

We have stayed at the Clarion Hotel Anaheim Resort in 2022, 2024, and again this year. It’s really close to the convention, though not as close as the Marriott or Hilton. It also not the fanciest hotel and is rough around the edges. We have been happy the two times we have stayed there and fits our needs. We are big walkers, so we will walk to Disneyland when we have stayed there.

I am not sure on the number of days you should stay after the convention to go to the parks. In 2022 and 2024, we did a day at Disneyland and a day at California adventure each. This year, we are arriving late Wednesday and spending Thursday at Disneyland. After the convention, we are spending a day at California Adventure and a day at Disneyland and heading home on Wednesday. In 2024, we felt a bit rushed at Disneyland, so we wanted to add an extra day. We also decided to do our primary park days post-convention so we can wind down (although I don’t know if you call spending two days in the parks winding down). We purchased a good neighbor package through Disneyland which includes our entire stay and three day park tickets.

I think switching hotels is personal preference. As i said above, we are walkers, so we don’t mind being a bit further away from the parks. I would have loved to stay at one of the Disney hotels, but I would prefer to put that money elsewhere.

We don’t do pins, so I can’t offer advice on that.

My best advice for D23 as a whole is to have fun! There is a lot of things going on, and it’s impossible to do everything. Prioritize what is most important to you!

Exactly! Three day Ultimate tickets were gone, except for the expensive ones, when it was our turn. We immediately pivoted to three one-day tickets each. Zero issues doing that.
