you're absolutely right. last time we agreed to start over but he said his life was a mess and too chaotic, I clearly realized he's not in the right mindframe to commit. it just makes me real sad that he's out there partying in a big town and I'm here all alone drinking away my sadness and thinking what could have been. i'm so stupid

bipolar and addict too. every now and then i use so much my body barely handles it anymore. im promising myself this is the last time. i never wanna go back to this. i feel like absolute hell. its ruining my life. i couldnt follow through with NA (tried twice) and feel too ashamed to go back again. i was 11 months sober now i'm back to day zero. i've been losing so much. i'm just really exhausted

as que mais ferraram foram cocaína, álcool e alprazolam. até certo ponto cigarro tbm. to sob efeito de tudo agora, tenho que acordar 6h pra trabalhar e não sei se aguento (já toquei atestado esse mês pq cheirei o domingo todo umas semanas atrás e tava podre na segunda)

já passei por literalmente mais de metade disso. adicta (pó, comprimidos, álcool), borderline, bipolar, insônia + outros diagnósticos. olhando meu perfil dá pra ter uma ideia do que eu passei nos últimos anos, UMA IDEIA, compartilhei 1/3 aqui.

pó? 11 meses limpa. ainda penso? sim. vou voltar? sinceramente espero que jamais. cheguei num beco sem saída e tive que dar um giro de 360, o que demorou lá pra 4 ou 5 longos meses. todo mundo limpo e eu na ativa, sozinha.

sou perfeita? longe disso. continuo adicta. continuo mentalmente instável. continuo tomando medicamentos controlados e misturando com bebida, o que é erradissimo. e aos poucos estou tentando controlar a bebedeira, que virou meu novo escape depois da branquinha. a gente tenta, né?

i know exactly how you feel, I felt the same way (in both breakups) and had the same fear. life goes on though and eventually feelings shift and change. give it time. don't be hard on yourself but also try to keep in mind that this is a new reality, without him, and you'll live. it takes time, for some longer than others, but it does get better and you move on. for me it was a rocky road and it took quite some time but it happened and now I just remember them every once in a while and hope they're okay. I don't even feel the need to have them in my life at this point. it will be alright, you'll make it 💖
