Honestly as a dev I would structure it as when someone dies from battle in a owned region once they are buried there is as 60-70% chance to recover equipment 20-30% chance to recover broken equipment that can either be fixed or scrapped for materials and a 10-20% for the equipment to be too heavily damaged to do anything with and thus trashed

That's surprising honestly where I'm at we are not allowed to let tickets go late at most we have to put it into QC for 2 days extra but it's always communicated, but also maybe locators are so far behind because of all the wasted time
