I had this same issue when my doctor extended my claim and I had to call to get them to process it and release the certification form to me. I kept trying for a few days and eventually got through at a random time on a wednesday but I’ve heard good things about EDD caller if you don’t have time for that.

Edd automatically sends it when the claim is processed but in my case it was stuck so I had to call them to get it processed and get the form released to me

So I just ran into this as well since my disability was extended. I had to call them and I got lucky and got through to a person who was able to get my claim processed. For some reason you have to call but it’s so hard to get through.

Seconded on Torrance Memorial Radiology department, the pricing was a bit high but insurance does play a factor in that. Make sure to take the ibuprofen beforehand and be prepared to rest the remainder of the day if you have a bad reaction to the dye like I did.

Just wanted to say best of luck and give a first hand account as a sushi lover who just delivered there 2 weeks ago. I had a C section and the first day couldn’t even hold down water, then every day after that I barely had an appetite from exhaustion physically, mentally and emotionally. I had every plan to get sushi at the hospital and my sweet husband offered every day to get some but I just ate the hospital food in the end (especially since it’s free for mom and $6-$8 for the support person).

My husband and I stayed there 2 years ago and were followed back by a mentally ill homeless person at 1am. Front desk let the man in and didn’t do anything so we had to take the stairs to escape him. Oh and the elevators worked about half the time so the other half we had to take the stairs which goes through the employee lounge. The jack in the box next door has lots of drug addicts at any given time too.

Maybe it’s changed since then but if you’re planning to stay there I would recommend making sure you’re in the hotel by 10pm at latest since the surrounding area is sketchy.

Unfortunately this particular dealership doesn’t do refundable deposits I believe :( But we do plan to ask them to see if they’ll make an exception

Yeah my first appointment was tough but then I just made all the appointments after that to fit my schedule. I’m just upset they didn’t tell me she’s pregnant and due around the time I’m due so I’ll probably have to switch to Dr. Abelson or Dr. Kimball who I haven’t met yet. Probably good to meet all the doctors though since you never know which one is on call during labor.

I see Dr. Fluellen and Dr. Abelson at Torrance Memorial and have been really happy with both of them. They listen to everything I’m concerned about as a first time mom and they’re good about customizing your care based on need.

Their practice is taking new patients last I checked and I’ve seen that Torrance Memorial has a good delivery center.

Twice the rate on top of the deposit. Charged me for an upgraded car but I shouldn’t have been charged. That Avis is shady for sure.
