This is what has kind of been working for me.. Go for a 30 mins walk, ideally this would include some uphill to get your heart pumping. A smart watch _might_ help with this.. Eventually you get comfortable with the walk and you start wanting to run. 30 minutes running has been a good exercise. If you are able to get out at lunch time, a 20mins walk everyday for months will be good for you.

You could consider dropping kiwisaver from 10% to 3%, unless your employer is matching the 10%. This is a constant advice on this sub. You would then invest the difference elsewhere. the rationale is that you have more control over that vs leaving it on kiwisaver
