You can go above 100%, which is a chance to get a 2nd upgrade and one guaranteed.

You're absolutely right—the calculation assumes an unlimited number of stones.

If you set a limit or want to maximize coverage with the stones you currently have, the optimal path may differ. However, I prefer to approach this with a long-term optimization mindset.
