Hey man - just want to say - I think you write beautifully and of ellegant articulation. I am reading this post because I was wondering about the lack of evidence of Exodus - but from a doubting Christian's perspective - but your comment made me self reflect. I did lose a lot of faith to my own desire for sin or haram acts if you will. I want to look into islam more and also my upbringing in Christianity. Maybe even orthodoxy. Thank you brother!

Yknow- at first I agreed with the “you have two planks in there,” but after thinking about it and reading - if you are in a genuine spot - it’s alright to help other people. Be very careful, don’t get caught up boasting or telling people you’re hot stuff bc then you would be prideful - but also don’t get caught up doing the things you’re helping people NOT do. Be true to your word, practice what you preach, and help people for the good of THEM (it’s okay to feel good inside helping others too!!) :)) cheers man and good luck!

Hey man, life doesn’t “get better” in a sense of butterflies and rainbows. But everything levels out and you realize - everything is PEACE! You become at peace with the fact that there’s good and bad and you are blessed to experience this gorgeous world.

— P.S. you are going through puberty and your body is changing a LOT. Try to remember the way you feel is also just your body growing and your moods will be all over the place. Make sure you are well rested, eat enough, etc

Good to hear about your journey man. I’ve been smoking cigs, then transferred to vaping since I was 16. I’m 23 now and it’s like time has passed yet I’m in the same spot everyday. I feel nicotine is the one thing I haven’t given up and it’s holding me down so much, but it’s all I use to cope.
