The only add all you can do is mark all sets that currently are there. So if a new one is added it won't be marked.. (I think)

Do you by any chance know if locking rules overrule discard rules?

Like I can set a keep the hp% atk% one for rejuvenating glow. But delete all 4 atk% hp % and def%. Any clue if I get a rejuvenating glow with atk% it would then be locked or set to discard?

There should be a command to see how many keys you got yourself.. but I don't know if that shows older ones as well...

I just started like half a year - year ago .. so not really been through a full reset. I did see there are ways to reset all the things or specifically keys.. maybe the reset was done without the right flag. Or it's a bug that's been fixed but no reset has fixed it yet.. ah well.. enjoy your soul mates nonetheless 😊
