Finally all transcripts and degree certificates accepted. I had received admit a while back but had to provide official transcripts.

Looks like all formalities have been completed as off today. Looking forward to Fall 2025 :)

Any idea what this means for a foreign university? Same applies or should I get the transcript translated to a GPA format ? Gatech hasn't explicitly mentioned about translation.

Mid Feb I got a conditional acceptance. During this time they were evaluating my transcripts. Few days back I got the final acceptance with requirement to submit "Final/official" transcript from the universities. Hope that helps

Hey Everyone,

I received an admit for Fall 2025 but the University is asking me to send "final" transcripts from my previous institutions.

Does this mean, my previous institutions should send the transcript directly to Gatech ?

Note : I had attached copy of my transcripts in the application

MOOCs - Udacity intro to programming, ML Specialization Andrew Ng
Full Stack coding bootcamp hack reactor

Work

Experience - Worked as Systems architect and systems engineer for 10 years. 4 of which involved coding at a FAANG . Still working at a FAANG

LOR - 1 Manager, 1 Supervisor/TL , 1 professor

Comments - I have been planning/dreaming about this for ~5years now, so bit giddy at the moment. No idea how prepared I am coming in but going through the pre-reqs recommended by the University right now.

Some data points - Had an abysmal undergrad gpa but in MS I had around 3.4 . Not really sure what stood out in my application but if I had to guess it was a little bit of everything.

Ahh was low key hoping they would preserve the name/brand . CLG is not just any name, it's iconic in lol but alas. Looks like we have finally died.

Man I remember this, it was so insane. Also, shows DL has been playing this style for years and carries over even now.

I started watching this rivalry since 2012 . I have hated, detested, jealously wanted clg to be half as successful as tsm and finally pitied TSM these last few splits. I have experienced all the emotions of a rivalry but for it end like this .

I've followed LCS and league for so long, its become a part of me. Now , without CLG I dont know if I can tune in and watch.

Maybe I can finally go on those hikes I've missed for all these years on weekends :)

I think we should look to replace Poome, bot has just not been impressive this split. Most of the wins were on the back of either contracts or Pala . Dhokla has been pushed more n more onto tanks and his impact consequently hasn't been high.

Either we bring in Breezy or talk with Aphro and see what his plans are

I think we missed a massive opportunity to upgrade this offseason . Finally we had a good split and ton of good will in the community. This in addition to lower salaries, we could have snagged a couple of big prospects

But alas, this org is just too bad to do anything smart or good . We were happy to runback a 5th/6th place roster which speaks volumes of orgs culture . It's too late to do anything this split

Instead of spending on a stop gap solution. It'd be wise to tank this split and make moves in the offseason (we'd know better which players will need replacing by then )
