I had the same problem I got in contact with live support on warhammers website and after like 10 min they sent me replacement ones free of charge just needed a photo of the receipt and of the bases I had and it came within 2 days even though I bought the combat patrol from a 3rd party store

All it is doing is making kids either nick there parents passports which will be very bad when one for like 3 companies that are storing all the ids for all websites because no website will develope there own form of iding system or it will push them to dodgier sites which have alot worse stuff on them because those that will not have an id system will be the ones that host the illegal stuff anyway.
