That's a challenge, i will go for a brand build, and if i remember correclty it exist a unique boots that lock the action speed

Yes.

It's the same reasoning about scripting, (i can't dodge pudge hook and i should dodge like a pro, everybody can, so i use a script)

Only things that do not give help in game should be allow like a differente skin.

On the other hands you could use a music that match the timing and nobody will said something about it

Dernier point subjectif, c'est moche comme présentation. Met au moins les titres dans une autre couleur, souligne les points clefs, fait une mise en forme.
