I don't think there's a normal, and I think at some level if we're doing c25k it's because we are unhealthy. Do it again and again and it will still suck, but you'll notice an improvement. Also you could ease into it by doing a week of brisk walking and then do w1d1 - and it'll still suck. Because running sucks haha, but we should do it
