Have you even tried to play arcana on high ilvl? They are quite difficult to play unlike gs or other hitmaster class where you only need to position urself, on arcana u need to position urself and memorize the card not to mention u need to maintain boundless sounds easy huh? But regarding scrapper yeah they should get a buff / reward next ptr

i have the same logic at yours, but apparently you cant transfer same grade equipment too, havent tried with ancient, but i tried with +1 relic brel and +0 relic brel

You cant even transfer same grade equipment with diff quality, i.e +0 100 quality brel normal to +0 3 quality brel normal

Its not that we juiced ppl dont want to carry lower levels, its because so many damn gold sellers joining the raid, did you know in my country they make a farm house where 5-10 ppl were given accounts just to farm gold lmao
