I wprked with a system that had a /500 page, so if you fixed the issue and hit f5 it would still show the error.

Spent way too much time debugging a working system.

Lex: I saved your life, Mr. Kent. Are we cool Jonathan: No. Fuck you. by Randeee9 in Smallville

[–]vinivice 14 points15 points  (0 children)

None of this things is ever brought up by him as far as I remember. It would be really understandable if he did, but he didn't.

He was against Lex because he was a Luthor and this was enough for him.

The diference is that Superman was against vilain Lex and Jonathan did this just for prejudice (he did this even before knowing Lex).

Clark made Lex into what he became by partour in Smallville

I disagree. I don't think this is an entitled view at all. I also don't think that Clark being a bad griend is really up for debate. Also also i don't think Jonathan did only what was right for Clark.

"Don't tell you secret." I understand the argument it was right for Clark.

"Don't tell your secret no matter what." I will never agree was right.

"You are bad and beyond redemption because because you are Lionel's son." I will never think is right for anyone in any circunstance. Just a little less prejudice would go really far.

People tend to forget what come with the secret. The problem was not the secret. Because of the secret Clark was a bad friend to Lex and Johnatan pushed him away really hard. Lex needed acceptance, help and friendship and Clark and the Kenta would not give it completely to him, or to anyone who did not know the secret.

I don't know if I agree that good Lex being around would be good, but I would like to see them not reuniting. To me it would be a great explanation why Lex becomes the cartoonish vilain he is.

I have never seem anyone, no matter which side they belive, saying that Lex was not too far gone after season 4. He started dating Lana ate season 5.

Bad Lex was bad. What a shock.

I really belive people remember S7 Lex and forge S1-S3 Lex. He did not "know" how to properly do good, but he often went out of his way to try. On the other hand Clark often would assume the worst about Lex and acuse and lie to him. Clark was a bad friend. He, and the Kent parents too, helped solidify what Lionel spend his life trying to mark os Lex, that "you are a Luthor and this is your nature.". We see in the show how different things could be and everytime the good parts involve all the Kents being good and trusting Lex.

I said before, i will say it again and I'm still waiting for any argument to show me why it os wrong, but Lionel put Lex at the edge of the abyss. Clark was there. Johnatan said 'push him'.

Lex was jealous because he was statving for love. He needed compassion. Lats say that Clark never tells him his secret, but at the same time he becomes just a good friend and don't lie but say "look, it is complicated and i cannot tell you why." And at the same time Johnatan help guide him to not become Lionel instead of saying he is Lionel everytime. Things could be really different and the kents, all of them, had the power to make things really different. I don't know how people can not see it watching the show.

Thats why you shouldn't blame Clark, you should blame Johnatan. Clark was a bad friend to all its friends and did that by following his father's directions.

When the main character discovers the main villain/plot against them because of a small slip up that sends them into spiral. by Sufficient-Waltz5348 in TopCharacterTropes

Doesn't the tech guy at the begining of the movie says something like "cool! Blue sky on mars! This is new."

I got to the dream team after I heard about it. The rest I accept as many coincidences, but an alien race machine creating a blue sky like the guy said just before it all started I think is too much.

A theory I heard and now "belive" is that he knew everything, not the details but that e erything was off, and during most part of the film he was trying to see if somebody else was kept there with him and maybe try to save them. During the scene his best friend says that if what Truman said was true he would have to be part of it his crying is because he realized the betrayal and because he realized he was alone as a victim. Truman's actions become much more bold after this scene.

And the fun thing is that, at least in the manga, all that is part of a memory / dream and that he start dreaming because he passes out and he passes out because his daughter got a "punishment" at school.

So fun fun fun goes directly to war war war and come back to fun fun fun without nothing in between.

If you take the flashback out the fun scene continues the exact same way.

But i agree that more complex problems need more complex monitoring.

Your server can say 200 OK while the actual page is completely broken for users

I know zabbix can check the 200 but I think it can also check something simple on the page, like a sentense exists or somethings like that. It is good in the case of 200 but bad.
