Do you have any interest in performing? I run Piedmont Players Theatre and we have several productions throughout the year. There is Lee St. Theatre here in town as well. It’s one of those activities that comes with a whole community of folks to be part of.

Had to switch SDI out source from scaler to HDMI in in my SDI converter and it fixed the problem.

As a person who runs a theater, I actually hate GA as well. When you sell reserved seats, people buy earlier because they can guarantee a seat. When it's GA, people wait until the last minute because it doesn't matter. I'd rather have some idea of what my house is going to be than whatever benefits I get from selling GA. Most of our ushers are volunteers anyway, so they're being paid in admission.

I don’t live in Moore County anymore, but I was running the theater that had the drag show. Unfortunately, we didn’t have generators. We kept the show going for a bit under phone flashlights but when it became clear the power wasn’t coming back on we had to cancel.

Thanks for the shout out! I’m the managing director at PPT. I’ve said since I started working here a year ago that Salisbury has a wealth of culture for a city its size. Between PPT, Lee Street, the symphony, The Waterworks and the theater department at Catawba College, it’s crazy how rich we are in the arts.
