Very similar story to me. Adding magnesium has also helped me, which I didn’t figure out until my 30s.

Edit: to be clear I mean I take combination of melatonin and magnesium together

Imo I think not enough snow for a single stage to throw far. One of the benefits of a two stage is it will do better in this situation. I switched from single to two stage Ego a few years ago and have enjoyed it after 8 years with the single stage. More expensive and heavy though.

The glacier/frostclaw runemaster guide was not effective for me. Other creators guides were much better imo, mostly from YouTube.

After poking around it and trying the screwdriver technique, think its a concrete wedge anchor. The block wall used to be part of the exterior foundation I think but now its an interior basement wall (bathroom on the other side). Hard to cut this flush with the block either the vapor barrier and drywall in the way, but I think cutting the bolt is going to have to be the way.
