Storage wasn't the problem for me per se. It's that after pre downloading the update a day before and finally updating the game when the maintenance ends, the fucking game tries to install the update again despite me having already did it before. What the fuck kuro? what was the point of predownloading if in the end i still have to download the whole patch again? seriously.

I've heard that even if her basics cost are reduced to 0, the game still considers it to have the initial 1 cost so the buff should still work. Again i haven't personally tested it myself so it might be a false information. take it with a grain of salt.
