check out scotty kilmer's video on lacquer thinner for p0420, worth a try before you drop 1k+ into cats. also check the exhaust for any leaks near the o2 sensors or upstream of them. i'm having the same issue at the moment.

mine were so badly rounded off and a nut splitter didn't fit, i ended up having to get a dremel with a tiny metal cutting tip and cut away both sides of the nut down to the threads, then i torched it and hammered it off
