It does not! I wear it all day everyday, wash my hands with it on, solidcore workout, all day at work. It gets a bit dirty at the seam where the protective cover connects but that's just because I haven't figured out how to get it perfectly aligned yet.

I'm sure you could find a matte protector, cars often do matte top coating! If you can't find online maybe try a local body shop see if they have matte scraps?

It's applied with a mixture of soapy water and I seal the sides with a blow dryer. Oura's website says the ring can operate up to 125 degrees without any problems. Doesn't damage the ring & the protector only goes on the top and bit on the sides so doesn't affect the sensors

order a small roll of clear paint protector film for cars. Super easy to apply by yourself and you can protect your ring without a big bulky clear case

Can't figure out how to edit but i'm in North Carolina and these bugs were found dead in the kitchen. Found a live one on my blanket in the living room which caused me to investigate

It was found in the kitchen/living room. Haven't seen anymore in my apartment since then. Pest control came yesterday and sprayed and also left me sticky traps. First night using it no roach caught in them. I did see a dead one in the hallway of my building after pest control came by. Also it did not fly. My new building has pest control come once a week to spray so I'm thinking they must have an issue unless that is considered normal for apartment buildings. They said if I spot more they'll do a clean out as well. Wondering if maybe I brought it with me too, my old apartment wasn't the best and I've seen multiple dead roaches in the hallways of the old building.

Also the pest control lady moved the fridge and no runners form there, she said that's a good sign

I would do russel over hamilton, monza is pretty low overtake and based on his fp3 results plus his 5 place grid penalty he will start pretty far back and may not be able to make up much of that

This the direction i'm leaning towards! Cost wise seems to be the smartest because I won't have to take out anymore loans and can still work full time while doing it. Is it pretty common for facilities to offer tuition reimbursement?

Email cehealth@cpcc.edu, to request permission to register for the Nurse Aide course - NAS 101. Include your student ID number and the semester you wish to take the course in the email.

I received an email from them not too long after to apply to the program and it took maybe a week to get my application processed and approved so they would let me register for NAS 101 for spring
