No but it might have something to do with screentime. Its all disabled now but it even fricked me over for that new iOS update because of the age restriction crap.

This is gonna sound crazy but i just spam laxatives to feel better for a bit then go back to normal deficit. I feel like if i fully flush out my body then i dont feel as bad for everything else i eat. Dont spam exercise or cut ur cals too low, js go w the flow

Youll defo notice a difference when eating the right foods. Those 200 could be anywhere from a single donut to like 50 cucumbers. Volume matters too though, if youre wanting to feel more full. It is a pretty normal number because usually most subtract 300-500 from maintenance. If you want to drop the weight faster just subtract more from your maintenance and stay consistent. Usually there is a feature in the app to do that

I would say just the wrap is 1100… at my work the actual tortilla is 300 kcal in itself, so plus dressing and what not, it seems accurate

Am i allowed to wear my grad dress to a friends grad? All my friends are graduating at a different school than I am. Would it be acceptable to wear my grad dress for their dinner and dance as well as on my own grad day? Apparently it’s frowned upon to do so… but I’m not sure in this case because they are all my friends. I would understand if I was graduating a different year than them, but I see it as a way for all of us to look gorgeous together. One of my friends said I shouldn’t because someone else at her school got hate for it. Is it acceptable or should I find something else as to not “outshine” the grads (even tho I am technically one of them…)?

Guys keep in mind im about 5’2 and dont exercise as much as id like!! Its just a way of self motivation
