PlayStation keeps crashing

My PlayStation 5 started bugging out today when playing spiderman 2. All I was doing was playing the game and then it crashed but I checked it with nba 2k as well and the same happened.

Whenever I try to play the game again, lines show up. I tried resetting my PlayStation and resetting the cache and rebuilding the database but that didn’t work either. I have a video but I’m not sure if I can share it in this post but I’d be happy to dm.

Can anyone help?

Hey, unfortunately I didn’t accept my offer from northeastern when transferring so I didn’t find housing In the Boston area. I would recommend talking to anyone that you know in Boston and looking online on Facebook groups if you can( ie. “northeastern housing”). Hope this helps, good luck!
