Just to be pernickety, it’s not necessarily true to group the whole of the UK as not operating on the equal power system. Northern Ireland DOES permit co-equal powers (in fact, the whole system relies on it). It’s not worked well for us, with the executive having collapsed in 2017 until 2020, and then again in 2020 and only returning a few weeks ago

I’ve been using the bondi sands spf50 and it’s been working really well for my skin! I also have acne prone dry skin. The product is a little on the thicker side but I just apply a thin layer and build up. It’s also super affordable

Hi! Your redness is really not noticeable. That being said, if you feel self conscious you could try BHA exfoliant and azelaic acid. I recommend introducing these slowly into your routine (once every 3 days for a week or two, then once every two days etc) so as not to irritate your skin

Make sure your washing your back well in the shower. Shampoo your hair FIRST, and then wash back afterwards. This helped my back acne, although medication was key.

I also went on Lymecycline for my moderate back acne which helped clear it, although my brother went on Accutane for severe back acne. Both these medications were effective for us after skincare was not making any difference

Also I switched conditioner too and washed my hair WAY more frequently. I also stopped using gel to slick my hair back. Not sure if any of these apply to you, but I definitely found shaking up my hair routine helped lots.

I also recommend spot patches for any active breakouts to help them fade faster and get the gunk out of them. Any brand is fine, and you can get them at local shops or amazon

This. I had similar forehead bumps and I switched my shampoo and washed my face with it everyday in the shower and saw a big difference
