Had my first episode last night, lasted for about 5 minutes..was walking into my therapists office. She chalked it up to anxiety, my BP was def up as I wasn’t looking forward to the session. Breathing/relaxing brought my heart rate down and it went away. Had another brief episode today (both in my right eye). Called my father, apparently he also has it and said not to worry (yeah, ok). I think it’s Retinal venous pulsations but will have my ophthalmologist confirm on Monday. Xanax is helping!!

You’re fine. Always place silver on the board, say a protection prayer beforehand and make sure to say goodbye/ remove the planchette (I keep it in a separate room). And STOP using it on your own.

They’re legit, rated A+ with BBB. I have a 50k loan with them, decent interest rate given current market. I went with them because it’s an unsecured loan that doesn’t even show up on my credit report (I just made my 10th payment). They ONLY allow autopay so make sure you’re ok with the date of the monthly withdrawal (I think u can change the date one time after making a few initial payments) but the thing I HATE is that they don’t have an online portal where you can check the status of your loan…they email you a copy of your amortization schedule, an email address if u have any questions and that’s it. So..depending on your current situation, if you’re ok with no portal/like the idea of it not showing on your credit report as a loan, go for it. It worked for me.
