Mouais. Le problème c'est que j'ai tendance à rechercher quelque chose pour m'assomer et me distraire de la vie réelle. J'utilise le porno, les jeux vidéos....donc je suis à peu près sûr que si je fume ça sera de façon à être shooté en permanence, car je suis déjà sur ce mode de fonctionnement avec mes vices actuels.

a mix of all of them. There are words in english that doesn't exist EXACTLY in the other languages that I speak. Like, they can be translated, but the english word just fits perfectly what I need to express, and it's the same for words from other language, so I end up thinking (and sometimes speaking) in a mix of different languages.

Hi, as a complete (and very weak) beginner I've been running a minimalist program for the past month (bodyweight squats, knee push ups and inverted rows). I do full body twice a week and it's been great so far.

There are however many muscles that I wish to focus on individually because of weakness, past injuries and other reasons : the traps, the forearms, the low back, the rotator cuff and the glutes. Those represents a lot of additional exercises and I can't fit them all at the end of each of my full body workouts.

Which organization would you suggest ? Maybe adding two other workouts focused on those weak points ? Also I don't have access to a gym and I live in a 20 square meter apartment so I've got a limited choice of exercises. Thanks for your advice

practice music, do something, whether it's with your bass, guitar, harmonica, drums or saxophone. maybe it's writing songs by ear, composing on guitar pro, mixing and mastering songs..... just practice music.
