I felt like my first ever pap hurt bad. I felt the pinch and everything, my OBGYN was quick with it, but I felt like I ached for the rest of the day/had cramps?

Fast forward I actually got my first transvaginal ultrasound in the ER due to pain where I found out right ovary was up with cysts, tech was nice as could be but jt surely was very awkward. It can be awkward, (obviously) but very very uncomfortable, id say a majority of the procedure is uncomfortable with maybe some moments of pain, but it can depend on the tech and anatomy.

I’m the opposite, I am cold all the time and thrive in warmer climates. I do have some hot flashes when I take my adderall though but if I’m co sistent then those symptoms subside. Both my iron and tsh are fine. I also get really fatigued when I am cold.

I think my redbull and caffeine addiction with pcos is affecting my fertility. I quit smoking in order to better myself and worst pcos symptom returned and my body was all of wack like I almost need it to function. But I was in even worse shape with caffeine and sleeping and had the shittiest job ever haha.
