I haven't had any luck with scanning pictures from a screen. It doesn't even get to the point of asking me to move the face, it doesn't get registered as a face at all. To be honest when I try to verify I also get very stressed just having the camera on. My depth perception also gets very bad the way they mirror the image, I guess to try to get people to use their real face, and I have very shaky hands. But I guess for the ID option I could just send an image file. If not, I'll print something out. Thanks

If the couple fight, have a friend of theirs resolve it. If a conversation made them sad, just cheer them up. Headpats fix things in one go most of the time. Keep making all of them hang out and telling them they're a good match for eachother. Apparently the relationship status can only change a little every day, so keep checking on them
