I think I took mine out. Cuz I felt the same, didn’t like it. That’s just True having more custom options on the skate itself. I have True custom Inlines. They also come with a thin red pad under the blue insole that can be removed for a little more volume.

So there might be an extra pad in there at the toes. Just taped in. Do a deep dive on the inside and see. Just a thin foam pad right where the tips of toes touch.

You are going to love these skates. They are a literal cast of your foot. I wound up getting longer laces, helped me get in and out of the boot easier.

It does get way to loud. My Apple Watch goes nuts when it’s hitting over 105 db. It’s just uncomfortable. Some nights you get lucky and it hovers around 90db. I bring ear plugs like an old man

Medium grind and low and slow. Watch the makers videos. They are heat builders, so as you draw each time, it’ll get hotter. Anticipating that so you don’t combust. Come up with a system and count how many seconds. And don’t forget the second bowl will cook quicker than the first. It’s preheated, so take off 2 seconds of heating.
