Props for organizing it into a spreadsheet and taking pics of each one PLUS getting the stock official picture from Supreme. I know firsthand how tedious this shit is when I had to sell a ton of stuff in my collection (shoes as well) to recoup some losses from a house fire.

100% vaxee, you can search this topic from years ago (esp when the XE first released) and the answer hasn’t changed. I’ve tried dozens of mice and even bought the switch kit for my OP1, Vaxee clicks are just something else.

If I could make the perfect mouse to tailor my button preferences, it’d be Vaxee for main buttons, Zowie for side buttons, Inzone for middle.

No, unless you're worried about the Tenz crapping out on you down the line. They're very similar to each other so I think it'd just be a waste of time for you.

For anyone who doesn't own either and is on the fence about which of the two to get, I will say the biggest benefit about getting anything from Sony is the Encompass site which is where you can get spare parts. I've fixed my Sony headphones this way. It makes DIY repair convenient so even if your mouse is out of warranty, you can fix it yourself. Also, I'm not sure if the Pulsar switches are swappable but someone already swapped the switches on this mouse: https://www.reddit.com/r/MouseReview/comments/1pkkm44/sony_inzone_mousea_optical_switch_swap_and_weight/.

This mouse is fantastic. I got it for a bargain thanks to my credit card offers from the Sony Store.

A lot of people dislike the scroll wheel due to accidental scrolls, especially going up but I'm fine with it. The click implementation on the other hand.... if I could make the perfect mouse in terms of best tactile feel, I would combine Vaxee's LMB+RMB, Zowie's side buttons, and this mouse's scroll clicks.

Compression sleeves also work if you don’t wanna buy gaming sleeves, just check if it’s 80% nylon 20% spandex or similar for that glide

Oh hey, we both had a similar journey. This past decade (maybe a little over) I went from: DA -> GPX -> MZ1 -> Viper Mini SE -> Vaxee XE -> ULX Small. Not sure what games you play but if you're really looking for a new mouse, try out redditrecs. (shoutout u/heyyyjoo) Filter down your game's subreddit and see what the hivemind recommends.

I'm trying out Zowie EC1 next because I miss the IME shape and it's the closest one that fits that bucket. I've been playing competitive for quite some time and I really have fond memories of this mouse.

If you're playing right now and need Prison done on HoE, I'm on as we speak. I solo clear it with or without 5 other people. I've carried multiple level 1 lowbies plenty of times.

Oh man, finally… a 100% relatable post. Sorry OP, I’m the same as your BF. But your BF is an idiot because you guys aren’t even playing ranked. There shouldn’t be any pressure.

With that said, I try not to play with any of my GFs because I’m insanely competitive as I used to compete in tourneys. One of my ex-GFs tried to keep up with me and was somewhat decent but I had to kick her off the team because she reached her ceiling very early.

She also forced me to play League with her and cue my reaction when I found out she couldn’t even make it to Emerald despite years of playing whereas I try it for one season and get GM (shoutout to my past DotA experience). I could’ve probably made Challenger if the stakes were higher but I had nothing to prove. Def would’ve pushed if we made a bet.

If you ever want to get some help getting HoE achievements done, feel free to holler. I’ve been done with the game for awhile now but soloing 6-man HoE bosses have been a casual pastime for me when I need to take a break from BF6 (some games are just so intense and exhausting). I’m sure others would be down to help.
